With a proven track record in driving impactful, multi-faceted sustainability and business strategies, Nicole Rustad transforms ESG, net-zero, and philanthropic aspirations into actionable plans that deliver measurable impact and profit. Nicole led global citizenship for Club Penguin and Corporate Citizenship for Disney’s tech division, where she spearheaded initiatives that contributed over $25 million to charities worldwide, supporting environment, conservation, health, education and community development. Nick Clements brings 25 years of visionary leadership to purpose-driven brand development and marketing strategy. At Disney, he scaled Club Penguin into a global community with over 300 million users, redefining how people and brands connect to create positive social impact. He’s led bold campaigns like New Zealand’s S.A.F.E., which ignited global conversations around ethical consumerism and reshaped public awareness. Most recently, his brand and marketing work with the play-to-plant mobile EverForest game blended storytelling and strategy to turn play into real-world environmental action, from planting trees to fostering sustainable habits. Nick’s work bridges creativity, strategy, and purpose—driving innovation that not only inspires but delivers meaningful, measurable change and lasting impact.
